The final selection was done based on merit rankings on the following criteria mentioned during the vacancy announcement:
- Academic total score – 25% (50% from Degree, 25% from Class XII and 25% from Class X for Banking/Credit Officers and 50% from Class XII and 50% from Class X for Banking Assistants).
- Written test total score – 25%.
- Personal interview total score – 50%.
All the selected candidates are required to report to FITI on 22nd January 2024 for the induction program. We have also kept standby candidates to be recruited in case of any manpower requirement within one year from the date of this announcement.
